Local campaigner David Coggins-Cogan and Cllr. Ann Rowland-James hope the new double yellow lines will stop people from parking dangerously.

The Llandaff North Focus Team have called on the council to curb the amount of parking on Western Avenue North and River View.

Motorists are currently parking dangerously on both these roads, so Cllr. Ann Rowland-James has asked the council to install double yellow lines to reduce the number of cars parked on the streets.

Local Lib Dem Cllr. Ann Rowland-James said, "We haven't been given a date for when the new double yellow lines will be installed, but when they arrive, they will reduce the number of dangerously parked vehicles in our area."
