Cllr. nn Rowland-James and Jacqui Hooper are fighting to save Evansfield Road's Post Office from Labour's closure scheme.

The Llandaff North Lib Dem Focus Team has hit out at Labour plans to close the Post Office on Evansfield Road.

Local councillor, Ann Rowland-James, said: "The Post Office on Evansfield Road is a vital community resource, and it is shocking that Labour's neglect of the Post Office network has put it under threat. I would urge all residents to join our campaign to keep it open."

Residents who want to back the Lib Dems in fighting for the preservation of the Evansfield Road branch are encouraged to sign the petition at www.savecardiffspostoffices.co.uk

Cardiff North's Lib Dem parliamentary spokesman, John Dixon, added: "The Lib Dems want to see the whole of the UK's Post Office network receive investment so these closure threats don't keep coming up. Thousands of branches have closed under Labour and the Tories, and we want to stem that tide."
