Cllr. Ann Rowland-James and Jacqui Hooper are pleased that work is continuing on Gabalfa Avenue’s shopping precinct. Cardiff’s Lib Dem council has invested £250,000 in improving the area.

Llandaff North's Liberal Democrat Focus Team are delighted with progress on work to improve Gabalfa Avenue's shopping parade.

New pavements, new parking areas and lights have already been installed. Work will begin shortly to upgrade the shop fronts and install CCTV cameras.

Local resident, Jacqui Hooper, said: "This will make such a difference to our area. We are grateful to the Lib Dem council for putting right years of Labour neglect and listening to our campaign for better facilities in Gabalfa Avenue."
