1.26.00pm UTC (GMT +0000) Sun 20th Jan 2008

On 11th January 2008, there was a "Directions Hearing" relating to the council's right to lease the reservoir for sailing.

As a result of this hearing witness statements are being taken and it is anticipated that a "Preliminary Hearing" will be held sometime after 8th February.

The Village Green public enquiry is due to reconvene in 3 to 4 weeks time.

The Public Enquiry following Western Power Distribution's appeal to the Welsh Planning Inspectorate for non-determination of the 3rd application is due to take place sometime in May.
